General Conditions

MyTraffic and related services, developed and operated by The Institute for Applied Telecommunication Technology (henceforth IKTI) of Bay Zoltán Public Foundation for Applied Research are only available under these General Condotions of Contract (hencefoth General Conditions).

Scope

1. This General Conditions are published on the website of MyTraffic service, where they are readable and printable. In case of written user requirement we send the general Conditions in e-mail as well.
2. By sending the requirement for supportance of service access (henceforth access), and by any registration on the web site of MyTraffic service, the user accepts the current version of General Conditions.
3. IKTI offers the service only for end-users. Use of service for income acquisition or other buisness purposes is forbidden. 
4. IKTI upholds the right to change or complete this General Conditions adjusting them to the legal and policy situation and service expansion if the user does not suffer disadvantage. About changes of General Conditions the user gets informed in an appropriate way.The information is displayed to the user after logging in.
   
5. Within one month after receiving information, the user is entitled to take written objection to the changes of General Conditions. If the user does not take objection within the provided dead-line, or continues to use the service, for him the changed General Conditions come into efffect. If the user takes objection within the dead-line, IKTI is entitled to annul the access.

Limited liability and warranty

1. The user is aware that the software offered by IKTI can never be completely errorless - just as all other softwares can not.
2. The user is aware that MyTraffic service, offered by IKTI is tentative, under development, and the information given within the service do not necessarily reflect the real traffic situation.
3. IKTI is constantly developing and innovating to provide the users the possible best. The user accepts that IKTI can change the form and parameters of the service time to time, without previously informing the user.
4. The user uses the software and service provided by IKTI on own responsibility, and IKTI does not take responsibility for the possibly caused damages.
5. The use of the software and service provided by IKTI, as it distracts attention, is not recommanded while driving. If, in spite of this, the user decides to use the software during driving, IKTI does not take any responsibily for deriving consequences.
6. IKTI is obliged to pay compensation, or refund the unavailing expenditures for transgression of contractual or outside contractual commitments only in case of deliberate or severe negligence, deliberate or negligent violation of the right to life, health and physical integrity, applicability of section 44 of Telecommunication Act.
7. The above regulation does not mean the - for user disdvantageous - change of the burden of proof.
8. IKTI delimitates itself from contets of all internet sites directy or indirecty linked to the services provided by IKTI. IKTI does not take any kind of responsibility for these contents and sites. For the content of these internetsites their operators are responsible.
